Temitope Erinosho, PhD is a postdoctoral Cancer Research Training Fellow at the National Cancer Institute. She received her Ph.D. in Nutrition from New York University. She also holds a masters degree in nutrition from the University of Delaware. Her research interests include nutrition and physical activity behaviors in relation to obesity prevention. During her doctoral training, Dr. Erinosho worked as part of a research team on studies that examined nutrition and physical activity policies and practices at New York City (NYC) day care centers. Her doctoral work examined nutrition policies and practices of NYC day care centers, and the dietary behaviors of children who attended the day care centers. Dr. Erinosho’s current research projects examine fruit and vegetable consumption behaviors of adults, attitudes and health perceptions associated with nutrition knowledge, and the association between acculturation and dietary patterns of children.
