Title: Minority Supplement: Information Needs of African American Cancer Patients
This minority supplement will provide the applicant the opportunity to complete an independent pilot research study related to the goals and objectives of the parent grant "Information Needs of African American Cancer Patients". As part of her independent study, Dr. Rutherford will revise the study instrument used in the parent grant, based on factor analytic strategies, and administer the revised instrument to a new sample of patients seeking medical treatment in a primary care clinic.
