Course Overview

The course is organized around the following four themes:

1. Fundamental issues in health behavior theory
2. Current theories and types of theories
3. Theory testing
4. Application of theories to health behavior change interventions

The specific topics covered will be provided as the start of the institute nears. Because the topics covered will be very similar to those covered in the 2010 course, you may view the 2010 course for more information. (Note: The course was not held in 2011.)
